Ask about a code

Tell us the code you have been given and what you are about to do with it. A person checks it against published sources, including the bank's own pages where the bank publishes one, and emails you what those sources actually say, with each source linked. Where nothing is published openly we say so rather than filling the gap, and we always tell you to confirm payment details with the payee through a channel you already trust.
