Bank Code Lookup is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you ask about a code we collect what you type into the form: the code or bank, what you are trying to check, your name and email. We stamp the submission with a truncated IP and the version of the consent notice you saw. Analytics on this site are cookieless and anonymous.

Legal basis and sharing

We email you the answer and share your details with nobody. Outbound links to banks are plain links to those banks' own websites; links to money transfer services are affiliate links, disclosed where they appear, and they change nothing about what we tell you.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@bankcodelookup.com. We respond within one month.
